Arthur L. Handson III
Arthur L. Handson iii was born on the coast of South Jersey where he was raised on a quaint farm. He was instilled with the values of hard work and dedication through working for his family owned cattle farm. Throughout his childhood, he strived for greatness and excitement. Upon graduating Egg Harbor Township High School in 1987, Arthur was already managing an athletic club and living on his own. He engaged in multiple independent business ventures until he sparked an interest in the real estate market. Hired as an acquisition specialist and sales assistant, Arthur swiftly came to be the company development manager for Barrister Title Agency, Inc., in 1994. By 1998, Arthur had launched Lloyds & Handson Title Agency, Inc. He grew the company to service 14 states along the east coast while overseeing 500 employees. He participated in many investment projects ranging from land development to film and production. In the mid 2000s, his close pal, Chris Nunez, and himself were approached with a possible new investment opportunity in a tattoo after-care product. Arthur began researching the technology and mechanisms behind the product. He was astounded by the potential of the technology. As a businessman and father, he had a vision on how this could truly change the world. His son was born with cerebral palsy spastic quadraplegia as a result of a virus that attacked his brain during pregnancy. Arthur believed that the creation of BioBlasting would help reduce the future chance of child birth defects by eliminating cross contamination. Immediately, he began to invest in the intensive research to determine how biofilm and different measures of human error affect the efficacy of cleaning and disinfection standards. He worked with domestic and foreign experts to refine the product so its application could be used to revolutionize the elimination of cross-contamination. His journey to get to this point has been unorthodox but that has made him a better leader. Arthur’s passion and devotion to the company is unmatched. Each and everyday he inspires his staff because they see his relentless faithfulness to helping the world.
Jessica Shaak previously worked in Retail Sales & Management for Boscov’s Department Store. Jessica completed her Executive Training Program and maintained multiple positions within the company during her time there. She then began working in the Title Insurance Industry in 2001 where she handled all aspects of every transaction. With the change of the real-estate market in 2008, she pursued a career as a Solar Specialist. She has completed master studies of Neuro-linguistic programming (NLP), with NLP Certification. She has since come on as Chief Financial Officer for BioBlasting, LLC. Jessica maintains (accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing.)
Dr. Andrea Olsen PT, DPT
Andrea graduated in May 2019 with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Stockton University. She previously completed a Bachelor of Science in Health Sciences with a minor in Holistic Health from Stockton University in May 2017. Andrea has been the Director of Health Sciences for BioBlasing for over 5 years. She is responsible for creating the unique protocols for our proprietary applications that meet and exceed regulatory compliance standards. Andrea is currently a practicing physical therapist, utilizing her knowledge of the healthcare system to implement continual research and educational programs for the company and our consumers.
Morgan graduated from Rowan University in May of 2018 with a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Morgan was a member of the Rowan Women’s Soccer team for four years during her undergraduate career. After graduation, Morgan worked at one of the largest environmental testing labs in the country as a microbiologist. She specialized in studying and analyzing spore traps. She spent over a year researching and studying different types of mold and spores at a microscopic level. Morgan has been a valued part of the BioBlasting team for about a year. She is responsible for all surface and air sampling. She analyzes lab reports and provides consultation to our clients.
Theresa brings over 17 years of administrative experience in Office Management, Business Administration, and Accounting. She manages and oversees the administration of policies, programs and practices within the company. She also maintains accounts payable, receivables and monthly billing. Theresa coordinates all scheduling and deliveries.
